Our guarantee policy
Successful searches have a Trial period guarantee. If the candidate is terminated or leaves your employment within Guarantee Period for one reason or another, we will locate a replacement at no additional cost.
Video resume
We would be glad to introduce the new service - video resume. This resume is a video clip of self-presentation or the part of interview with an applicant. This technique gives you the first impression of a job seeker and helps to conclude whether an interview with this person is justified. The length of the clip may vary from 40-50 sec in the case of self-presentation to the full-scale interview.
Customer relationship management (CRM) technology is in action CRM system allows us to interact more effectively with the clients through the search process. All the parties to contract (consultants, managers and customers) have a prompt access to the database regardless of their destination. The CRM system keeps a record of all the projects, including candidate's applications, responses and interviews. It also helps to analyze the statistics and conduct evaluation of contract performance at different stages
Fee Agreement
Our fees are employer fee paid and are 15-25% of the expected annual gross income of the candidate. We apply flexible payment schedule for those clients who submit several job orders. Payments shall be made within 5 working days from date of hire.
